I find Mac pencils very drying and they drag when applying to the lip. You really have to press hard to deposit color. This color is not as pictured on line more is it on the Mauve side as indicated.This is not my first rodeo with lip pencils and I was hoping Mac would have improved the formulation, so now I will be moving on to other lip pencils. This shade can add some freshness to a dull looking face. It easily stays on 6 hours with light snacks and drinks. Brownie points: does not settle in fine lines, does not smear, highly moisturizing and completely opaque with just one swipe.
