- After signing in with your work or school account you don't see an option to install the desktop applications on the Microsoft 365 home page, go directly to the Microsoft 365 Software page instead. Select the language and bit-version you want (PC users can choose between 32-bit and 64-bit), and then click Install.

A new Office 365 account has been created with your @ouhsc.edu username. To access your previously created Office 365 account (created prior to March 14, 2020) :
Log in at https://portal.office.com using the following credentials:
- Username: Replace 'edu' in your OUHSC email address with 'onmicrosoft.com' (e.g., change john-doe@ouhsc.edu to john-doe@ouhsc.onmicrosoft.com
- Password: Use your existing Office 365 password
